Death is a natural occurrence, and the feeling of grief that a person experiences is also a natural occurrence that follows when first knowing of the death of a loved one. Although these are natural episodes, it is not natural or healthy to live suspended in this stage. Life continues in a cycle, where everyone's cycle overlaps with others' cycles. In order to carry on with the cycle of life, one has to learn to cope with the experiences and carry on living and keeping balance.
