Our sorrow is like a shadow standing over us
that will never go away.
Our grief is like a mountain crashing down,
chasing our joy far, far away.
We won't be comforted,
our souls just need to cry.
I look for you up in the clouds
and see an airplane flying by.
We wish you didn't die.
When God told the angels you were coming,
they all made a heavenly sound.
But if we could have you back,
I'd rip out my own heart and throw it to the ground.
The sky is dark and lovely,
the stars twinkled in your sight,
that early morning God took you home,
and you got delivered to The Light.
We fall down to our knees,
and until we join you we'll pray,
that our Heavenly Father "Keeps on a rockin" you in his loving arms,
Forever for Eternity.
We live Forever in a day.
You will never be forgotten, Patrick Farkas.
