3 weeks to go
It's just not enough
Trying to stay strong
Oh God it's so tough

Laugh don't cry
You say with a grin
But how can you smile
When you just can't win

Watching and waiting
Nothing I can do
All I can think of
And dream of is you

No one can help
Or make me feel good
Don't think I'll ever
Feel how I should

I look back on my life
With anger and rage
All the bad times
Every bad stage

In case you think
I'm not talking of you
My mother's the one
But what can I do

Why can't I think different?
And remember good days
When we laughed and giggled
And beamed like sun rays

It's sad but it's true
That's how I feel
Emotions are high
It's such a big deal

Having said that however
I'll fight to be strong
Cause that's what you want
And you've never been wrong
