Anger or Love?Posted by EmilyM08 in Untagged |
|
I am getting fed of up
of you always being in my head
why can't you just go
your already dead!
Your pissing me off in
such a werid way
this anger and pain which
is still there at the end of the day
I get so tense and
it takes it's toll
get so angry and
so out of control
I hide my anger
deep inside of me
so that i can put a brave face on
and that way no one can see
The pain i am going through
and where is it from
something that happened 9years ago
and thats been and gone!
It like your face haunts me
in my dream
and the pain i feel
makes me wanna scream
Everything has chnaged
and i am not the same
the whisper of heartache
when i read your name
The tiny little hole
and the photo in the bin
the pain cutting through
just like blood and adrenaline
Your tiny little hand
which always seems clam
the letters of your name
printed on my arm
the big dented print
which left a scare
but when i looked i new
you werent far
I can't carry on
it like your running my life
what next
il cut my wrist with knife
then il be like you
burried and dead
with no one to talk to
and going mental in your head
My heart is full of anger
and i feel you are to blame
when you left me that day
my head went up with a flame
Thne redness on my face
like i was going to kill
then i watched my mum cry
as i stood stannding still
she screaming your name
and me i was there
nothing but in the way
that the love you share
i still stand here now
like i am going to kill
then i got a life
and a dream to fill
So i geuss i got to do that
before its to late
i geuss your not my brother
just a long lost mate
something that was here
9years ago
someone so caring
but we will never no
so it was nice seeing ya
when you were around
but then the blood rushed
and killed you to the ground
but i geuss thats life
as it passes you
oh yeah i nearly forgot
to say bye to you to
Just like you did to me
you never said bye
you just left me with
the tears to cry
But don't forget me
and guide me with your hand
and i geuss it one set footprints
that now lay on the sand

Talking to the Living and the DeadPosted by revkeala in Untagged |

Aloha, I am going to be posting excerpts from my new book TALKING TO THE LIVING AND THE DEAD - SOUL TO SOUL COMMUNICATIONS at this site. I hope you enjoy them! Aloha and blessings Rev. Ke'ala Noel Vai
INTRODUCTION
Aloha, I am Rev. Keala Vai. I am an ordained reverend of the indigenous Hawaiian Church of Ho'ola I Ka Honua. That is quite an honor as I am originally from North Carolina with Anglo Saxon roots and a Methodist upbringing. I am the founder of a holistic health center on the Big Island of Hawaii called Aloha Healing Women. I am also the director of the Kalana Foundation which provides scholarships for women seeking recovery at our center. We specialize in helping women recover from issues of grief, abuse, eating disorders, weight problems, emotional and physical ailments, and for help in attaining spiritual awakening. We hope to expand our mission of helping people heal with world-wide seminars focusing on holistic health issues, dream analysis, eating disorders, weight management and spiritual journey work such as what will be discussed in this book.
I am a Certified Hypnotherapist and have been doing Soul to Soul Communications and Soul Journey work for over fifteen years. Twelve years ago I wrote a book that was a literal transcription of two way communication sessions with the higher consciousness of people who were no longer on this physical plane. It was called "Talking to the Dead and Life after Death," but the world of publishers wasn't ready.
Knowing that all things happen for a reason, I now believe that it was I who wasn't ready to publish the book.
Speaking to the dead is a touchy subject to raise amongst the general public. First of all, if you tell people you can talk to the dead you are immediately lumped together with some pretty unsavory and mercenary "psychics." Some psychics are authentic and genuinely attempt to help people, but most of the psychics you see on stage and television are what we call "cold readers" and are outright frauds. Just watching their performances is disturbing, as innocent people are being misled and harmed by their acts. Because of these charlatans, most people won't even listen when I mention the subject of two way communication with non living entities. So for a very long time I have been continuing my work quietly here in Hawaii. It is only recently that I have become comfortable with the notion that perhaps the world is now ready to be open to the wonderful process of Soul to Soul Communications, and perhaps I am now ready to share my experiences.
I wanted to write this book to introduce people to the actual possibilities of spiritual and therapeutic communication with other higher consciousness, living or dead. I have used this process successfully for many years now at Aloha Healing Women. This book will not teach you how to facilitate or use Soul to Soul Communication for yourself. That would entail an intense course in hypnotherapy and an apprenticeship of the technique. However, I can
give you a pretty good idea of how Soul to Soul Communications can help ordinary people heal many life issues, such as family estrangements, conflicts, divorce issues and most importantly, grief. If, after reading this book, you would like to try this for yourself, I have produced a CD containing a guided Soul to Soul Communication session that you can use in the comfort of your own home.
In this book I have also included some of my understandings about the universe that I have gleaned through years of spiritual journey work, practicing spiritual healing work such as Reiki, and through other venues of awareness that I've undertaken. I hope these words resonate with your sense of truth. If they don't, then I hope this book is at least an interesting read, perhaps something for you to ponder at another time.
The case studies that I refer to in this book are based on over fifteen years of hypnotherapy sessions. Some of the details may have been altered to assure the anonymity of the client but do not detract from the essence of the session. In some cases what I have presented is a result of combining several clients sessions into one general example.
WHAT ISSOULTO SOULCOMMUNICATION?
In my hypnotherapy training I was taught a process called "two way communication." This technique is used for conflict resolution and information exchange between living people. I started using it to involve people who were not physically around to do interactive therapy with a client. It is a great technique for settling work related disputes, divorce issues or civil matters and as a first step in fact finding and resolution. Soul to Soul Communication is just extending the technique of two way communication to parties that have traveled beyond the physical plane.
Soul to Soul Communication is not only a great way to resolve conflicts but is also a powerful healing tool. Even if a subject is alive and available, there are many instances where it is physically impossible or emotionally uncomfortable for the client to communicate one-on-one with this other person. This is common in cases of abuse, assault, divorce, estrangement, law suits, incest, rapes, etc, where face-to-face encounters just aren't practical or advisable. In these instances physical encounters can even become volatile situations resulting in drama and even violence. Many times people aren't able to express their true feelings because the other person might take offense, have
their feelings hurt, become overly emotional or react negatively to what is being said. I often deal in family dynamics where issues of family history are taboo and are never mentioned much less discussed. In this regard, Soul to Soul Communication is an excellent way to deal with sensitive issues between living people.
