Princess Dolly

Posted by tommyc in Other Type of Loss

We never got to say goodbye,

You left me, but I never knew.

Five calls I missed, no message left,

No more ‘I love you, see you soon'.

A super Mum, a generous lover,

Gone so fast, just like our time.

Eighteen years, was it that long?

Don't worry D, God won't condemn.

I saw your star on Friday night,

Shining bright, it's then I knew.

You left for good, I hope you knew,

You were my sweetness and my light.

You've left my world in such a whirl,

Good night, goodbye, my gorgeous girl.

Love you to bits, forever. T.

My daughter

Posted by MamaBren in Untagged

Ana-Alicai ran away on 9/14/07, the day after her 17th birthday.  She is a beautiful, smart, loving girl.  She is also an addict.  How did this happen?   I blame myself.  After I divorced her father she and her sibligns were never the same.  Yes, I left an absive marriage, but I damaged my children in the process.  I was so broken at that time, I didn't see their pain.

She is gone, has not been heard from or seen since, took to bus to Dallas.  I miss her my heart is breaking, I can't breathe sometimes.  Surely it would hurt less to be dead.  Does God really give us so much pain that she needs to escape into drugs and I feel like I'm dying?
